These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mobile games, websites, customer support, and related services provided by Games4Fun ("Games4Fun", "we", "us", or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be old enough to use the Services under the laws of your country or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If a Service allows you to create an account or profile, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

2. License to use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. App store terms

If you download a Service from Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, your use is also subject to that store's rules, terms, and payment policies. The store provider is not responsible for providing support for the Services unless required by applicable law or store terms.

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Some Services may offer virtual items, in-game currency, premium features, subscriptions, or other digital content. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. Prices, taxes, refunds, renewal, and cancellation rules are governed by the provider's terms.

Virtual items and in-game currency have no cash value, are licensed rather than sold, and may not be transferred, redeemed, or exchanged outside the Services unless we expressly allow it in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, exploits, automation, unauthorized scripts, or software that modifies gameplay or service behavior.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Interfere with security, servers, networks, payment systems, or other players' enjoyment of the Services.
• Upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or features without authorization.
• Use the Services in violation of applicable laws, platform rules, or these Terms.

6. User content

If a Service allows you to submit content, such as names, messages, support attachments, or profile information, you keep your rights in that content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the Services.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to submit it. We may remove content or restrict access if we believe it violates these Terms, law, platform rules, or player safety standards.

7. Ownership

The Services, including software, artwork, characters, designs, audio, gameplay systems, text, trademarks, logos, and other materials, are owned by Games4Fun or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. By using the Services, you acknowledge our privacy practices as described in that policy.

9. Updates, changes, and availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including features, events, content, balancing, virtual items, or access requirements. We may also release updates that you need to install to continue using a Service. We are not liable for interruptions or loss of access except where prohibited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, harmed other players, or misused the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Games4Fun and our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or access. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the relevant Service in the three months before the claim or USD 50, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Games4Fun from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except where prohibited by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where Games4Fun operates, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require a different result. 15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
